Gallium Nitride (GaN) is a next-generation semiconductor that replaces silicon and enables very high energy efficiency & high power in a very small size and light weight.

GaN Fast charging technology enables mobile chargers to charge up to 3 times faster while in the same shell size as the old chargers. The slow and bulky silicon-based charger design is rapidly being replaced by the GaN Fast design, because the inherent ability of GaNFast technology which can increase the switching speed by 100 times, reducing components and increasing power output to be fast charging. It’s time to use GaN Fast.
